Day 1: Bienvenidos a Medellín

Touch down in 'The City of Eternal Spring’ and head to your boutique stay in El Poblado.

Meet your crew over dinner and get your first taste of the city’s energy with some salsa dancing!

Day 2: City Exploration

Set out by foot on an urban walking tour to understand the systemic, economic, and human impacts of the drug trade within Colombia.

In the evening, learn how to cook a variety of traditional Colombian foods.

Day 3: Journey to Salento

Trade city buzz for mountain views as we head to Salento today.

Enjoy a pit-stop at a family-run coffee farm for lunch and a tour before we continue deeper into the Quindío region.

Later on, check into the finca and take part in some cow milking prior to dinner and games with the crew!

Day 4: Cocora Valley

Wake up at your eco-hotel surrounded by rolling green hills and fresh mountain air as you prepare for one of Colombia’s most iconic landscapes: Cocora Valley.

Hike through cloud forest trails, cross hanging bridges, and stand among the tallest palm trees in the world.

Later on, wander the vibrant town streets and explore the many artesano shops. Dinner in town followed by tejo!

Day 5: La Carbonera

Our final day in the mountains will be one to remember as we bike through the largest wax palm forest in the world!

Dinner in town and maybe end up at the local billiards spot…

Day 6: Back to Medellín

Enjoy a relaxing lunch and take a dip in the natural termales (hot springs) among the cloud forest before flying back to Medellín.

Final group dinner and a toast to the trip and new friends!

Day 7: Hasta Luego

Breakfast, airport transfers, and onward adventures.
